A MINOR AMOUNT OF EXPENSES ARE RELATED TO ALLOWING FOR FEE-FREE USE OF THE DEPARTMENTS FACILITIES FOR VARIOUS TOWN, COUNTY AND STATE TRAINING ACTIVITIES. LOCAL, STATE & FEDERAL ELECTIONS AND PRIMARIES ARE ALSO HELD ON THE PREMISES DUE TO AMERICANS WITH DISABILITIES ACT REQUIREMENTS. OTHER CIVIC ORGANIZATIONS SUCH AS SCOUT TROOPS, CHURCHES AND CIVIC CLUBS USE THE FACILITIES FOR MEETINGS AND TRAINING SESSIONS.
