HOSPICE CARES FOR THE WHOLE PERSON AND THEIR LOVED ONES, SUPPORTING THEM WITH SKILLED NURSING, FAMILY SERVICES, SPIRITUAL SUPPORT, VOLUNTEER SERVICES AND BEREAVEMENT SUPPORT. HOWEVER, WE ARE MORE THAN OUR MISSOPN OF HELPING PEOPLE OF THE NORTH COUNTRY DIE IN SPIRITUAL, MENTAL, AND PHYSICAL COMFORT. WE NURTURE MORE MEMORIES, MORE HUGS, MORE LAUGHTER, AND MORE MOMENTS. OUR GOAL IS TO HELP PEOPLE LIVE LIFE TO THE FULLEST AND ALLOW FAMILIES AND FRIENDS TO TREASURE THEIR LOVED ONES IN THE COMFORTS OF HOME, UNTIL THE LAST MOMENT. IN 2024, WE WERE ABLE TO SERVE 280 PATIENTS AND PROVIDED 14,605 PATIENT DAYS OF SERVICE.
