The NCCA STUDENT AT RISK SCHOLARSHIPS are awarded to high achieving, community-focused students who are graduating HS seniors or college enrolled students to assist them in their pursuits of higher education These students possess one or more of the following factors that put them "at risk"of not being able enter a post secondary institution or continue their education: financial need, undocumented status, incarceration, unemployment etc. Two recipients were awarded the NCCA INC Scholarships in 2020
