The Student Leader Network includes expenses related to non-Signature programs, services and resources that support leadership development, campus organizing, student activism and advocacy. These include the new Social Justice Mini Grants for Activism, HBCU Commision, the LGBTQ+ Scholarship Database, Queer 411 Bulletin Board, Campus Pride Map for Student Organizing, the HBCU LGBTQ+ Database, Trans Policy Clearinghouse, Best of the Best List, Worst List, Speakers Bureau as well as other branded social media platforms and CampusPride.org resources. Much of the student leader network of Campus Pride works within Southern campuses, rural communities as well as other under-resourced campuses (including two year colleges, HBCUs, religious campuses, etc).

Safe Space & Stop the Hate Trainings: Campus Pride regularly offers two trainings Stop the Hate Bias & Hate Crime Prevention training and the Safe Space training for college campuses. These are offered in various formats depending on the educational goals. The trainings were mostly offered online in 2022 due to COVID-19 safety concerns; however, the organization did conduct several trainings in-person.. The Stop The Hate Trainings are focused on preventing and combating hate on campus as well as fostering the development of community. The only one of its kind for college campuses, the train the trainer program has more than 8000 individuals trained to date in the United States. The Campus Pride Safe Space Program is a nationally recognized program that provides training and signage for institutions committed to supporting LGBTQ students. A Safe Space program is one of the measures of a supportive LGBTQ-friendly campus on the Campus Pride Index. In 2022, Campus Pride trained 2500+ individuals online in two hour Safe Space trainings from across the country.

Career Connect, Job Board & Career Fairs: After a year of building the web tool, the Campus Pride Career Connect fully launched in November 2022 is a new program offering employers the opportunity to help mentor and develop the LGBTQ+ talent of tomorrow. The online tool is a one-stop career engagement portal, creating authentic relationships between employers and LGBTQ+ young adults.. The Career Fair Program was not able to happen this year due to COVID-19 safety concerns with in-person events. Campus Pride's job board is a partnership with Direct Employers and can be found online at CampusPride.jobs. In 2022, we had 110 jobs posted from companies on the LGBTQ-inclusive employer job board.
