HOUSENICK DURING THEIR LIFETIMES TO THE COUNTY OF NORTHAMPTON, COMMONWEALTH OF PENNSYLVANIA FOR USE AS A PUBLIC PARK (WHICH IS REFERRED TO AS THE "COUNTY PARK"). AN ADDITIONAL PURPOSE OF THE FOUNDATION IS TO ENCOURAGE THE INTEGRATION OF THE MEMORIAL PARK AND THE COUNTY PARK IN ORDER TO ENHANCE THE BEAUTY OF THE PARKS FOR THE PUBLIC'S ENJOYMENT OF THEM.
