THE PRIMARY EXEMPT PURPOSE OF THIS ORGANIZATION IS TO PROVIDE TRAINING AND RESIDENTIAL SERVICES TO ASSIST IN THE DEVELOPMENT OF THE MENTALLY AND PHYSICALLY DISABLED.
