Leadership Rochester provides programming to help develop diverse leaders throughout the Greater Rochester community. We offered three key programs. Our Signature Adult Program runs for ten months and educates 35 - 55 cross-sector professionals and community leaders annually with an objective to transform and strengthen the community. Our Emerging Leaders high school youth program serves youth from different high schools across the Greater Rochester region to build leadership skills, promote community service and drive civic engagement. Continued on Schedule OBoth of these programs focus on helping participants strengthen themselves as leaders, connect with different facets of our community, and develop interpersonal relationships across systemic divides all to help strengthen our community of Greater Rochester for the future. We also hosted our Annual Kickstart Leadership Symposium. Kickstart is an early year Leadership Symposium focused on arming local professionals with information and focused strategies to begin their year with focused strategies, to foster greater impact within their organizations and the Rochester community.
