Transit Ambassadors: Reconnect Rochester hires paid ambassadors to conduct outreach to RTS bus riders to find out what's on their minds and their ideas for system improvements. In 2023, over 10 weeks, we surveyed over 200 riders, and presented the survey results with recommendations to RTS leadership. We also conducted long form interviews with 5 riders and published their stories in a "Voices of Transit" blog series.
