THE MISSION OF THE HOWARD COUNTY LACROSSE PROGRAM IS TO PROVIDE THE CHILDREN AND FAMILIES OF THE HOWARD COUNTY AREA THE OPPORTUNITY TO LEARN THE GAME OF LACROSSE AND DEVELOP FUNDAMENTAL SKILLS AND GAME STRATEGY IN A SAFE AND FUN ENVIRONMENT. HCLP WILL EMPHASIZE SPORTSMANSHIP, TEAMWORK, FAIR PLAY AND RESPECT FOR ALL PLAYERS, PARENTS, COACHES AND OFFICALS. HCLP WILL WORK WITH CHILDREN OF ALL ABILITIES AND THEIR FAMILIES TO TEACH AND PROMOTE THE SPORT OF LACROSSE SO THAT IT CAN BE ENJOYED FOR A LIFETIME.
