Enrolled students from multiple districts attend classes at Phase 4 schools to complete required high school coursework. Diploma Retrieval Program This program targets those students who have withdrawn from school and choose to return in order to earn their high school diploma and prepare for their futures. Diploma retrieval students are approved by the district to receive a diploma upon completion of required coursework. Learn and Earn Helps economically disadvantaged youth find summer work. Summer School Credit recovery program. Phase 4 provides career preparedness training including mentoring, job-site readiness, internships and job placements.
