THE ORGANIZATION IS COMMITTED TO EXPANDING THE PROGRAMS, SERVICES AND OUTREACH OF HIGH HOPES TO MORE EFFECTIVELY ADDRESS THE FINANCIAL, EMOTIONAL PHYSICAL AND SPIRITUAL NEEDS TO TRAUMATIC BRAIN INJURY VICTIMS AND THEIR FAMILIES. THE ORGANIZATION IS A UNIQUE NONPROFIT OPERATING TWO SIX-BED LICENSED HOMES FOR SURVIVORS OF TBI RESIDENTS. THE AGE OF RESIDENTS ARE BETWEEN 18 AND 59 BY LAW. THIS AGE POPULATION HAS A MINISCULE NUMBER OF RESIDENCES AVAILABLE SERVING THIS POPULATION. THE BULK OF TBI SURVIVIORS END UP BEING CARED FOR IN HOMES FOR THE ELDERLY. IN ADDTION, RYAN'S REACH REGULARLY PROVIDES FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE TO SUPPORT REHABILITATION PROVIDED TO TBI SURVIVORS. RYAN'S REACH ALSO HAS
