To preserve restore and rehabilitate Execution Rocks Lighthouse and open it to the public for educational, maritime and historical experiences about the lighthouse and the lightkeepers and provide organized presentations and interactive care of the lighthouse by having the public tour the lighthouse and learn the lightkeeper's responsibilities and the role of the lighthouse in developing commerce in the early history of the nation to the visitors to the Long Island Sound.

Provide the history of the lighthouse describing the impact the operation of the lighthouse had on commerce and trade in the development of the United States economy and culture. Raise awareness of importance of preserving and restoring an important historical structure.
