One-on-One Mentoring In the One-on-One mentoring program an experienced mentor assists in guiding an individuals development. A crucial aspect of successful mentoring involves establishing a positive trusting relationship and fostering open communication. Clients engage in 45-60 minute sessions with our mentors where core issues are addressed. Problematic areas are pinpointed underlying causes are explored realistic expectations and goals are established and a collaborative plan for change is devised. Clients are taught to grasp the broader perspective discern what is within their control and embrace accountability and responsibility for their actions following a philosophy coined by Harry Sydney as The IRS Code - Integrity Respect and Standards. In essence the mentor equips individuals with the necessary tools skills knowledge and guidance to transform their lives and contribute meaningfully to the community.
