In 2024, staff met with clients for 3277 case management sessions that included advocacy and assistance with benefits, jobs, and education, housing assistance and responded 88 times with safety planning and crisis counseling. 168 therapy appointments and In 2024 Streets Hope received 131 calls to our 24/7 phone line, requesting referrals and crisis response. 175 people received intensive services. Those who did not receive direct services from Streets Hope received more appropriate resource referrals.
