Anthropedias community programs include the Northwest Well-Being Initiative, focusing on individuals living and/or working in Jefferson County, Missouri, and the Kirkwood/Webster Initiative, serving individuals living and/or working in Kirkwood or Webster Groves, Missouri. Both projects aim to improve the health and well-being of participants, largely through coaching and professional training.

Education and Advocacy: Anthropedia develops accessible resources aimed at raising awareness about well-being, offering individuals simple steps to nurture their mental health in manageable, meaningful ways. These resources are designed to complement our more in-depth training and coaching programs by introducing small, impactful practices that can gradually build well-being and resilience. Current offerings include a blog covering a range of wellness topics, as well as the Anthropedia Forum, an online panel that brings together experts to discuss timely issues in mental health. In the near future, we aim to expand our reach through additional platforms, including a podcast and YouTube channel, to further support individuals in their personal journeys toward better mental health and well-being.
