Home Front Military Network's mission is to connect military service members, veterans and their families to resources offered by our trusted community partners and to provide emergency financial assistance. The Organization promotes health and well-being by connecting service members, veterans and their families to critical resources and services to meet complex needs by fostering coordination, collaboration and partnerships among service providers, training community-based providers, and conducting outreach to providers and our military and veteran communities to increase knowledge and access to resources. The Organization helps service members, veterans and their families navigate support systems through web-based and call-in information and assistance to find services that are the best fit, walking beside them every step of the way.

The Veteran's Trauma Court (VTC) provides jail diversion services to military veterans with trauma spectrum disorders who have been charged with lower levels felonies and/or misdemeanors. With permission of the Fourth Judicial District Attorney's Office, eligible veterans are moved from traditional courtroom to the VTC, where they agree to actively engage in treatment and counseling and make regular court appearances.
