Professional Services helps provide comprehensive case management for guests needing health insurance including interpretive services, scanning, copying, and faxing documents, providing phone numbers to retrieve needed documents, and making calls on behalf of guests to get needed information and documentation. They also provide culturally responsive education and information about coverage options and how to best access care, including making referrals as needed. They also will assist in translating, reading, and explaining mail or other information received by the guest. NorthPoint assisted over 26,660 individuals through the use of the program.

Pregnancy and Family Health provides guests with both clinical and human services care concurrently, which facilitates consistent whole-person integrated care that meet the needs of the entire family. We also conduct routine outreach to increase attendance/enrollment, host information & enrollment sessions, host community-based events and activities focused on families and celebrating joy through the birthing journey, and work on other professional development needs.
