PROMOTING AWARENESS THROUGH OUR CONQUER CHIARI WALK ACROSS AMERICA, WHICH IS AN ANNUAL FUNDRAISING EVENT CONSISTING OF A SERIES OF WALKS HELD ACROSS THE COUNTRY ON THE SAME DAY.
