Training and Supporting Missionaries - 2024 was a full year for Nexus staff to be in the field with our Nexus partners who are working with young people globally. We have seen an increase in our camping initiatives conducting training with 150+ youth workers in 2024 equipping them in the camping program with young people. Nexus has continued our "Ambassador" initiative and have added 2 new "Ambassador" of youth work. These Ambassadors are not legal employees of Nexus but continue on in/with their church or other Christian youth serving organization in their communities with a vision of identifying and empowering Christian youth workers around their community, nation and region of the world. Our best estimate based tangible relationships we currently have with 200+ catalytic youth mission leaders of from 60 different nations is that the indirect impact of Nexus in 2024 with young people was approximately 150,000 young people per week.
