The Organization has a single program in many facets. Embracing its mission to change lives through music, the Organization continues to increase impact through community, in-school, after-school and summer camp programs. Community music classes include violin, piano, ukulele, drums, voice, guitar and Mariachi. Community dance includes ballet folkorico, hiphop and breakdancing. Art classes focus on painting murals, blending colors and 3-D art. Music123, an in-school program for TK-5th graders offers world music, movement, recorders, ukuleles, drums and keyboards. After-school programs include drums, art, hiphop, guitar and Mariachi. Half-day and full-day multi-arts, special needs and Mariachi camps reach students in TK-8th grades in one- to 15-week sessions throughout the year. Our premiere ensemble, Mariachi Victoria de San Diego, returned for a 2nd-year collaboration with the local non-profit Fern Street Circus in their Neighborhood Park Tour. Through diverse and relevant programming, the Organization invigorates a sense of community while providing a positive, weekly infusion of artistic and creative energy for not only students, but parents, teachers and staff.
