RESIDENTS CHOOSE SAN SIMEON BECAUSE OF OUR LONG HISTORY OF CARING AND OUR REPUTATION FOR QUALITY CARE AND SUCCESSFUL PATIENT RECOVERY. SPECIALIZED PROGRAM SERVICES INCLUDE LONG TERM CARE, ALZHEIMER'S DISEASE AND DEMENTIA CARE, IV THERAPY, CARDIAC REHABILITATION AND, PHYSICAL, OCCUPATIONAL AND SPEECH THERAPY. RESIDENTS ENJOY UNIQUE AND DIVERSE ACTIVITIES INCLUDING SPORTS, CLASSES AND GROUP OUTINGS. THE HORIZON PROGRAM SPECIALIZES IN THE CARE AND TREATMENT OF ALZHEIMER'S DISEASE IN A SECURE AND SUPPORTIVE ENVIRONMENT DESIGNED TO MOTIVATE ITS RESIDENTS TO THEIR FULL ACHIEVABLE CAPACITY.
