Outreach services include educational workshops,1 to 1 support, state chapter trainings, parent leadership conferences, support to new families at the time of identification through the Guide By Your Side Program (GBYS 5020 families served).Advocacy through the ASTra program (489 families served 1200 advocates trained in 25 states). Support through the O.U.R Project reducing the incidence of child abuse and neglect for this population. Served over 23000 parents/professionals. 192 attendees attended The Hands & Voices Leadership Conference in 2024. Latino Support Council with increased leadership and materials on website.

Information dissemination, website ,presentations, webinars, virtual classes, resource guides, training modules, and surveys, the Hands & Voices Communicator distributed to over 5,500parents and professionals 4 times a year.(3 hard copies and one digital), www.handsandvoices.org, www.ndepnow.org, Book of Choice(560 copies}, Advocacy Guide Books (612 copies) ,We Are Hands & Voices( 125 copies), Fostering Joy Journal (825). Advocacy Guide books are available in Spanish as well as The Fostering Joy Journal for adults and children . H&V E-News published cutting edge news four times a year disseminated to up to 11,500 people per issue. H&V provided technical assistance to families, family-based organizations, professionals and system stakeholders 45 times each month on average.
