THE PBU IS A CHRISTIAN ORGANIZATION THAT IS A CHARITABLE TRUST (TAX EXEMPT) THAT IS OFFICIALLY REGISTERED AS SUCH IN THE MINISTRY OF INTERNAL AFFAIRS OF POLAND. THROUGH THIS PARTNERSHIP XTEND MINISTRIES INTERNATIONAL HAS ASSISTED IN THE ESTABLISHMENT OF A CENTER FOR EDUCATING LEADERS (CEL) IN POLAND. THE CEL TRAINS PASTORS AND CHURCH LEADERS. WE HAVE MET PERSONALLY WITH THE LEADERSHIP OF THE PBU AND RECEIVE REGULARPROGRESS REPORTS OF THIS MINISTRY. THE ENTIRE AMOUNT DESIGNATED FOR THIS WORK WAS SPENT FOR THIS PURPOSE. IN ADDITION, RICHARD BLAKE MET WITH THE CEL AND LECTURED IN ITS CLASSES IN APRIL AND NOVEMBER 2025.
