The NECC offered swim lessons for all ages, following the Red Cross curriculum with the goal of reducing incidents of drowning. During the same period the NECC offered adult lap swim and exercise classes, including water fitness, arthritis exercise, senior exercise and deepwater workout.

The NECC offers a variety of sports, art, dance and enrichment classes for youth. The NECC provided 16 camps covering summer camp, winterbreak camp and spring break camp for 179 individual youth. The NECC restarted its volunteer-run youth basketball league with 95 youth participants. The NECC also provided after-school time for 50 kids during the school year with activities, snacks and play-based enrichment. Delivered programs to 1079 individual children including swim lessons, after school classes and basketball league.

The NECC offers a variety of classes to promote physical well-being, including fitness, health, and enrichment classes. The NECC provided in-person fitness, wellness, and movement courses, and has continued to offer similar virtual programming for people remaining at home. To support the physical, mental, and emotional well-being of NECCs neighbors, additional programming was scheduled to provide opportunities for social engagement.
