CONDUCTED 8 VIRTUAL/HYBRID WORKSHOPS WITH AVERAGE ATTENDANCE OF 125 ATTENDEES VIA THE ZOOM PLATFORM. SUCCESSFULLY COMPLETED OUR TWO-DAY CONFERENCE WITH DAY ONE OF VIRTUAL WORKSHOPS WITH OVER 500 ATTENDEES. DAY TWO OF THE WORKSHOP WAS OUR FIRST YEAR BACK IN PERSON. DAY TWO OF THE ANNUAL CONFERENCE WHICH WAS HELD AT PERA CLUB AND HAD 300 INDIVIDUALS ATTEND. OVER 100,000 RAISED IN DONATIONS FOR THE 2023 ANNUAL CONFERENCE. THE YOUTH LEADERSHIP ACADEMY HAD 85 STUDENTS WITH 21 STUDENTS RECEIVING SCHOLARSHIPS THIS YEAR. THE YOUTH LEADERSHIP ACADEMY HAD 6 SESSIONS ALL HELD ON A NEW CAMPUS AT BETTY FAIRFAX HIGH SCHOOL. WE WELCOMED A NEW BOARD MEMBER IN 2023 MR. GREG TROUTMAN FROM THE CITY OF PHOENIX.
