Every older adult is given the opportunity for independence and self-determination in the communities served. Through education, information and services, the Agency strives to enhance the elderly population's quality of life. The Agency is envisioned as taking a prominent role in being the entry point to all long-term care services for the population it serves. The Agency serves approximately 2,800 individuals annually.
