THE HOST COMMITTEE WILL DEVELOP, PROMOTE, ASSIST, AND ENCOURAGE PROFESSIONAL AND AMATEUR SPORTS PROGRAMS IN SOUTH FLORIDA AND IMPROVE THE ECONOMIC AND BUSINESS CONDITIONS OF SOUTH FLORIDA BY PROMOTING AND PRODUCING LOCAL, REGIONAL, NATIONAL AND/OR INTERNATIONAL SPORTS COMPETITIONS. THE CORPORATION MAY MAKE OR ACCEPT GRANTS, CARRY ON PROGRAMS AND ACTIVITIES, AND SPONSORPROJECTS IN ORDER TO PROMOTE AND SUPPORT THESE OBJECTIVES.
