THE AFFORDABLE HOUSING MANAGEMENT ASSOCIATION (AHMA) IS AN ASSOCIATION COMPOSED OF AFFORDABLE HOUSING PROVIDERS, INCLUDING AGENTS, OWNERS, PROPERTY MANAGERS AND RELATED PROFESSIONALS WHO PROVIDE MANAGEMENT AND PRODUCTS OR SERVICES TO THE AFFORDABLE HOUSING INDUSTRY, LOW AND MODERATE INCOME FAMILIES, SENIORS AND PERSONS WITH DISABILITIES. AHMA REPRESENTS AGENTS AND OWNERS OF AFFORDABLE HOUSING IN SOUTHERN CALIFORNIA, ARIZONA AND NEVADA. THE ORGANIZATION IS A LIAISON BETWEEN ITS MEMBERS AND GOVERNMENT AGENCIES REGULATING THE AFFORDABLE HOUSING INDUSTRY IN ORDER TO REPRESENT NEW POLICIES OR ISSUES OF INTEREST AND RESOLVE PROBLEMS IN AFFORDABLE HOUSING.
