Leadership Intensives: Conducted multiple intensives over the year with ministry leaders from various churches and Christian organizations. These intensives were designed to strengthen, equip and empower leaders in both their ministries and in their marriages and families. In addition, worked with leaders individually throughout the year in identifying and developing their leadership skills.Organizational Consulting: Consulted with organizations to increase the healthy function of leaders and staff. This involved skill development in leadership and the redemptive leadership model, conflict resolution, team process and crisis intervention. Education and Training: Conducted multiple preaching and teaching events at churches, faith-based graduate schools, and faith based organizations with leaders from across the world. In addition, provided ongoing training and supervision to multiple Christian counselors in support of their ministries to local churches and Christian organizations. Developed Podcasts and videos with ministry leaders on various leadership topics. Counseling: Provided individual, marital and family therapy to clients referred by local churches and ministry organizations. When appropriate, closely coordinated client care with church leadership in the growth and development process of individual, marriages and families.
