EXCEPT FOR CAPITAL CAMPAIGN PROJECTS, THE FOUNDATION MAY NOT DISTRIBUTE PRINCIPAL IN EXCESS OF ONE-TENTH OF THE TOTAL PRINCIPAL EACH YEAR. THE ORLANDO UNION RESCUE MISSION, INC. HAS A SIGNIFICANT VOICE IN THE DISBURSEMENT OF FUNDS IN THAT THEY MAY REQUEST IN WRITING ON A QUARTERLY BASIS AS TO THE AMOUNT OF THE FUNDS THAT THEY NEED.
