We firmly believe that education is a powerful tool for breaking the cycle of generational poverty. To this end, we have initiated several programs, including the ICON Excellence Awards, which provide partial and full educational assistance to bright and students from financially challenged backgrounds. In the current year, we have extended our support to 622 college students, offering them partial educational assistance. You can find further details about these students and our programs at http://www.iconexcellenceaward.org. Notably, these students come from economically and socially disadvantaged communities in southern states of India. We also helped 10 students with extra special financial help to complete their education. Our strategic focus is on increasing our support for female students because we firmly believe that educating girls empowers them to become change-makers who have a positive impact on their communities. As we continue to invest in education, we aspire to create a brighter and more equitable future for all.
