THIS ENTREPRENEURIAL PROCESS HAS THREE COMPONENTS: A) CREATING JOBS - THE CAREFUL REMOVAL, TRANSPORTATION, AND RESALE OF LUXURY KITCHENS AND RENOVATION ITEMS CREATES NUMEROUS CONSTRUCTION, LOGISTICS, AND RETAIL JOBS AS THESE ITEMS ARE PREPARED FOR RE-PURPOSING, B) RECYCLING LUXURY - KITCHENS, BATH FIXTURES, ARCHITECTURAL ELEMENTS, AND FURNISHINGS SLATED TO BE THROWN OUT ARE DIVERTED FROM LANDFILLS, AND C)PROVIDING CHARITABLE OUTREACH - PROCEEDS EARNED FROM THE RETAIL SALES OF RECYCLED ITEMS FUND PROGRAMS AND PROJECTS TO HIGH-QUALITY NON-PROFIT ORGANIZATIONS.
