A significant amount of time expended by Officers, employees and volunteers is devoted to planning the construction and raising the funds needed for construction costs. As of June 30, 2024, those costs are included in the organization's balance sheet. During this fiscal year the organization cleared some wooded land for future construction and installed a parking lot. The organization now uses the property for several events each year.
