ENVIDA'S TRANSPORTATION PROGRAM SEEKS TO EXPAND ACCESS, REMOVE TRANSPORTATION BARRIERS, AND FACILITATE COMMUNITY PARTICIPATION. IN 2023, ENVIDA PROVIDED 43,238 RIDES THROUGHOUT EL PASO AND TELLER COUNTY TO MORE THAN 900 INDIVIDUALS. OUR MOST COMMON TRIP PURPOSES WERE FOR ADULT DAY PROGRAMS (31%), MEDICAL (29%), WORK (12%), DIALYSIS (16%), BEHAVIORAL HEALTH (6%), AND ALL OTHER (6%). ENVIDA'S CORE TRANSPORTATION SERVICES CONTINUE TO CENTER ON SPECIALIZED TRANSPORTATION WITHIN COLORADO SPRINGS. FIXED ROUTE SERVICES ARE ALSO PROVIDED FOR CALHAN, YODER, RUSH, AND ELLICOT TO COLORADO SPRINGS VIA HIGHWAY 24 AND THE HIGHWAY 94 CORRIDOR. GROWTH OCCURRED IN 2023 WITH RIDES FOR NONEMERGENT MEDICAL PURPOSES, INCLUDING MENTAL HEALTH, FOR EL PASO AND TELLER COUNTY.

ENVIDA'S HOMECARE SERVICES OFFER CONSUMER-DIRECTED SUPPORT WITH ACTIVITIES FOR DAILY LIVING UNDER MEDICAID'S HOME AND COMMUNITY-BASED SERVICES (HCBS) AND IN-HOME SUPPORT SERVICES (IHSS). ENVIDA ALSO PROVIDES PRIVATE PAY HOMECARE SERVICES. APPROXIMATELY 80 PERCENT OF OUR CARE PROVIDERS ARE FAMILY MEMBERS AND FRIENDS, HELPING THEIR LOVED ONES AGE IN PLACE AND REMAIN IN THEIR HOMES WHERE THEY WANT TO BE. ENVIDA'S HOMECARE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED PRIMARILY IN EL PASO AND TELLER COUNTIES BUT HAVE EXPANDED INTO THE SURROUNDING COUNTIES OF PUEBLO, FREMONT, AND PARK WHILE BEING INTEGRATED WITH ENVIDA'S TRANSPORTATION UNDER MEDICAID'S NONEMERGENT TRANSPORTATION (NEMT).
