DURING THE YEAR ENDED SEPTEMBER 30, 2025, THE ORGANIZATION RELIED ON VOLUNTEER SUPPORT TO DELIVER TRANSPORTATION, PANTRY DELIVERIES, AND SOCIAL CONNECTION SERVICES. FOR INFORMATIONAL PURPOSES ONLY, AND IN ACCORDANCE WITH GAAP, THE FOLLOWING VOLUNTEER SERVICE METRICS ARE DISCLOSED AND ARE NOT RECORDED AS REVENUE OR EXPENSES. THE ORGANIZATION ENGAGED 225 ACTIVE VOLUNTEERS WHO CONTRIBUTED 18,451 HOURS OF SERVICE. USING THE INDEPENDENT SECTOR ESTIMATED VALUE OF VOLUNTEER TIME OF $34.79 PER HOUR, THE ESTIMATED NONCASH VALUE OF VOLUNTEER SERVICES WAS $641,910; THIS AMOUNT IS NOT REFLECTED IN THE FINANCIAL STATEMENTS. VOLUNTEERS COMPLETED 8,763 TRANSPORTATION RIDES AND 2,778 PANTRY DELIVERIES, AND 875 ONE-HOUR CONNECTION CALLS, AND OVER 150,000 OF PASSENGER TRANSPORTATION MILES. THROUGH VOLUNTEER-SUPPORTED PROGRAMS, THE ORGANIZATION SERVED 788 INDIVIDUALS DURING THE FISCAL YEAR. SERVICES ARE DELIVERED THROUGH A COORDINATED VOLUNTEER MODEL SUPPORTED BY PROGRAM STAFF WHO SCHEDULE SERVICES, ENSURE SAFETY COMPLIANCE, AND MONITOR OUTCOMES. THIS STRUCTURE ALLOWS THE ORGANIZATION TO PROVIDE HIGH SERVICE VOLUME AT A LOWER COST THAN MARKET-RATE TRANSPORTATION WHILE MAINTAINING RELIABILITY.
