THE INTERNATIONAL BIOMEDICAL RESEARCH ALLIANCE ADVANCES THE TRAINING AND CAREER DEVELOPMENT OF FUTURE LEADERS IN BIOMEDICAL RESEARCH THROUGH SCHOLARSHIPS, MENTORSHIP, AND PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT PROGRAMS. IN 2024, IBRA SUPPORTED MORE THAN 40 ACTIVE PARTICIPANTS WITH RESEARCH AND LEADERSHIP TRAINING, DELIVERED OVER 30 DAYS OF PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT PROGRAMMING, AND ENGAGED NEARLY 400 ALUMNI AND CURRENT SCHOLARS REPRESENTING MORE THAN 185 UNIVERSITIES ACROSS 9 COUNTRIES.IBRA EXPANDED ITS PROGRAMMING IN 2024 TO STRENGTHEN PROFESSIONAL NETWORKS AND LEADERSHIP PATHWAYS FOR EARLY-CAREER RESEARCHERS. ACTIVITIES INCLUDED ALUMNI MENTORSHIP INITIATIVES, COLLABORATIVE WORKSHOPS, AND SECTOR-SPANNING CAREER DEVELOPMENT PROGRAMS CONNECTING ACADEMIA, INDUSTRY, AND INVESTMENT COMMUNITIES.
