THE UNITY FOUNDATION EXISTS TO ENCOURAGE AND FACILITATE UNITY IN CHRIST IN THE ALEXANDRIA AREA THROUGH WORKPLACE MINISTRY. OUR FOCUS IS ON EQUIPPING AND SUPPORTING BUSINESS LEADERS, EMPLOYEES, AND ORGANIZATIONS TO BOLDLY LIVE OUT THEIR FAITH IN THEIR WORKPLACES. IN 2024, OUR KEY PROGRAMS AND SERVICES INCLUDE: FAITH@WORK GATHERINGS MONTHLY NETWORKING AND TEACHING SESSIONS THAT EMPOWER BUSINESS LEADERS TO INTEGRATE THEIR FAITH INTO THEIR WORK AND LEADERSHIP. BUSINESS OUTREACH INITIATIVE REGULAR VISITS TO LOCAL BUSINESSES TO OFFER ENCOURAGEMENT, PRAYER, AND RESOURCES ON FAITH IN THE WORKPLACE. CHAPLAIN NETWORKING & SUPPORT A MONTHLY GATHERING OF WORKPLACE CHAPLAINS TO PROVIDE COMMUNITY, ENCOURAGEMENT, AND SHARED BEST PRACTICES.FINANCIAL PEACE UNIVERSITY (FPU) COURSE A 9-WEEK FINANCIAL STEWARDSHIP PROGRAM FOR INDIVIDUALS AND FAMILIES, HELPING THEM APPLY BIBLICAL FINANCIAL PRINCIPLES. MONTHLY PRAYER GATHERINGS A SPACE FOR LOCAL LEADERS, BUSINESS OWNERS, AND INDIVIDUALS TO COME TOGETHER IN CORPORATE PRAYER FOR OUR COMMUNITY. WE ALSO HOSTED THE NATION DAY OF PRAYER. MARRIAGE EVENT WITH DAVE & ANN WILSON HOSTED AN EVENT FOCUSED ON STRENGTHENING MARRIAGES THROUGH BIBLICAL PRINCIPLES AND REAL-LIFE WISDOM FROM RENOWNED SPEAKERS. EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR PEER CONNECTIONS MONTHLY MEETINGS WITH LOCAL EXECUTIVE DIRECTORS TO PROVIDE ENCOURAGEMENT, SHARE LEADERSHIP INSIGHTS, AND FOSTER COLLABORATION AMONG FAITH-BASED AND NONPROFIT ORGANIZATIONS
