Behavioral Health Programs (Domestic Violence & Substance Use Treatment):This program combines domestic violence intervention and substance use treatment services under a comprehensive behavioral health model. Services include court-approved domestic violence intervention using restorative justice circles, DUI screening and education (Levels I & II), and Intensive Outpatient (IOP) treatment. Evidence-based approaches such as Moral Reconation Therapy (MRT) and ASAM-guided care are used to address substance use and co-occurring mental health conditions, while promoting accountability, healing and long-term behavior change.

Services include youth programs, substance use prevention education, fentanyl awareness trainings and overdose prevention efforts such as Narcan distribution. The program collaborates with community partners to increase awareness, build protective factors and respond to emerging public needs.
