Behavioral Health Programs (Domestic Violence & Substance Use Treatment):This program combines domestic violence intervention and substance use treatment services under a comprehensive behavioral health model. Services include court-approved domestic violence intervention using restorative justice circles, DUI screening and education (Levels I & II), and Intensive Outpatient (IOP) treatment. Evidence-based approaches such as Moral Reconation Therapy (MRT) and ASAM-guided care are used to address substance use and co-occurring mental health conditions, while promoting accountability, healing and long-term behavior change.

Program 2

Pretrial Services and court Diversion Programs:In partnership with local courts, we provide screening, supervison and service coordination for justice-involved individuals. This includes the use of validated tools to inform release and supervision decisions, court reminders, drug testing and referrals to treatment and support services. The program supports diversion and recovery court participants with the goal of reducing recidivism and improving public safety.

The program collaborates with community partners to increase awareness, build protective factors and respond to emerging public needs.
