HIGHLIGHTS FOR THIS YEAR INCLUDE PUBLICATION OF THE RN SURVEY AND EDUCATOR SURVEY REPORTS, A SUCCESSFUL ANNUAL CONFERENCE FOCUSED ON STRATEGIES TO STRENGTHEN WISCONSIN'S NURSING WORKFORCE; CONTINUED EMPHASIS ON HEALTH EQUITY AS A CORNERSTONE OF NURSING WORKFORCE DEVELOPMENT; STRENGTHENED PARTNERSHIPS INCLUDING RECEIVING A SINGLE SOURCE 4 YEAR CONTRACT FROM DWD AND ESTABLISHING OPPORTUNITIES FOR INCREASED COLLABORATION WITH THE DATA SURVEY TEAMS; AND IMPLEMENTATION OF NURSING WORKFORCE LEADERSHIP AWARDS RECOGNIZING NURSE LEADERS FROM ACROSS THE STATE IN THE AREAS OF COMMUNITY IMPACT, EMERGING NURSE LEADER, NURSE EDUCATOR EXCELLENCE AND LIFETIME ACHIEVEMENT.
