Our outreach efforts are focused on strip clubs, juvenile detention centers, the porn industry and online forums where women and girls are exploited and solicited for sex. Each year, Treasures reaches 5,000 women working in strip clubs and the porn industry in Los Angeles and Las Vegas. We give them gift bags filled with cosmetics, jewelry and the simple message that they are loved, valued and purposed, and that support is available to them. We bring this same message of hope to commercially sexually exploited children CSEC during our outreaches in juvenile detention centers, as well as in online forums, and to an HIV testing center for women in porn. Furthermore, we provide training and mentoring to leaders across the globe in order to equip them to develop sex industry outreaches in their community. We have helped train and launch more than 100 sex industry outreaches on 6 continents.
