We helped fund five eco-cultural resilience programs by our Malaysian partner Forever Sabah Berhad (FS, foreversabah.org) that continue a transition towards a diversified, equitable, circular economy. First, we funded their Forever Sabah: Into a Relational Future program focusing on a broad range of robust and diversified micro-economic growth strategies moving forward. Secondly, in order of funding, we granted specifically to FSs Human Elephant Harmony that continues to grow positive relationships between humans and their wild elephant neighbors. Third, we target funded FSs palm oil transition to diversified agroforestry to meet 2025 government certification goals. Fourth, we supported Oregon State University student on-site education using Forever Sabah Institutes iterative success training models. Fifth, we gave legs to a new Methane Awareness effort in Malaysia with additional funding. Finally, our own program salary and Zoom contributions capped our expenses

We funded three of our Malaysian partner LEAP Spirals (LS, leapspiral.org) ongoing programs. Most funding supported LSs Forests and Ape community integration work in thew Lower Kinabatangan & Segama Wetlands. Second was our continuing support for Carbon Sovereign Sabah (leapspiral.org/carbon-soverign-sabah) which helps indigenous communities manage forest resources, educate youth, and spur local business. Third was continued support for LSs Pangolin Rescue Rehabilitation & Release (P3R, leapspiral.org/sundapangolins) program. These grants, together with our program costs helped keep pangolin protection in the news, and engaged wide ranging demographics around forest biodiversity, cultueral participation, and economic growth opportunities.

We again supported another ongoing Bornean project called KampOng Campus, a non-profit eco-literacy and leadership training facility we helped start. This support was mostly managerial time, though we paid for several visiting speaker honorariums for KampOngs leadership training sessions. We also networked at a Methane Conference and covered yearly business fees for the Malaysian LEAP Conservancy. We also continued to directly micro-fund an early project of ours, the Bornean Sun Bear Conservation Centre (bsbcc.org.my)even though it remains financially and managerially self-sufficient, is popular with locals, and is an accessible tourist highlight of Borneo.
