INTERNATIONAL XCHANGE ORGANIZATION - 2023 PROGRAM SERVICE ACCOMPLISHMENTSIn 2023, International Xchange Organization (IXO) supported leaders as they created cross-cultural opportunities in many countries. We helped provide teachers for seminaries and schools in China and Thailand. We trained religious, business, and non-profit leaders in Indonesia, Moldova, Cambodia, the United States, and multiple countries in Europe. We facilitated educational and sports exchanges in Sweden and Alabama. We collaborated with international partners to stop sex trafficking, revive declining churches, and plant new churches.

In 2023, World Baseball Xchange (WBX) provided coaches, players, baseball field maintenance training and administration for baseball teams in Germany and France. WBX facilitated the athletic exchange of German, American, Swiss, and Swedish baseball players. WBX staff participated in baseball development and league play in their respective countries. We have one full-time staff, one part-time staff, and numerous volunteers from the community who help with the youth leagues. They provided baseball and sports training camps in three different nations in 2023. WBX has a sister Christian outreach organization, Won By One International (WBOI), which is focused on church planting.
