Pre-employment training and cohorts served 26 youth, increased graduation rate to 70 percent. Comprehensive support and coaching for all youth toward personal, educational, and professional goals. Increased work hours and job experience for high risk youth by continuing to build our youth run social enterprise restaurant and catering services. 30% of youth entering our program were Justice System involved. 11%reoffended, in sharp contract to the national re-offense rate of 76%.
