National Team: At the 2023 World Championships the US team won seven gold and 38 total medals, 32 of which came in Olympic events. In addition, the US qualified all their relays for the 2024 Paris Olympics as well as one female open water swimmer. At the 2023 World Aquatics Junior Championships, the US team won 33 medals setting four championship records and one world junior record. At the Pan American Games USA Swimming athletes won a total of 48 medals including gold in both the men's and women's 10k. Throughout 2023, USA Swimming, sent over 90 athletes to four international competitions providing incredible experience the year before the Olympic Games.
