IN ADDITION TO CAMP FELIX OVERNIGHT CAMP, FELIX HAS EXPANDED ITS MISSION TO INCLUDE 3 ADDITIONAL PROGRAMS TO SUPPORT NEW YORK CITY YOUTH'S IN THE FOSTER CARE SYSTEM: BEYOND CAMP, SECRET SANTA AND FELIX FRIENDSHIP CIRCLE. BEYOND CAMP PROVIDES MINI-GRANTS TO NEW YORK CITY YOUTH'S IN FOSTER CARE, ALLOWING THEM TO FOLLOW THEIR DREAMS THROUGH EXTRACURRICULAR ACTIVITIES AND CLASSES THROUGHOUT THE SCHOOL YEAR. SECRET SANTA PROVIDES HOLIDAY GIFT CARDS TO HUNDREDS OF OLDER YOUTH'S IN FOSTER CARE, A POPULATION OFTEN OVERLOOKED. FELIX FRIENDSHIP CIRCLE PROVIDES HUNDREDS OF TEENS IN FOSTER CARE WITH FREE ENRICHMENT EXPERIENCES INCLUDING THEATER TICKETS, DINING OUT, FILM SCREENINGS AND SPORTING EVENTS. IN 2021, FELIX LAUNCHED LEVEL UP, A ONE DAY VIRTUAL LIFE CONFERENCE FOR YOUTH'S AGING OUT OF THE FOSTER CARE SYSTEM. LEVEL UP PROVIDES THESE YOUTH'S WITH HANDS-ON SKILL-BUILDING AS WELL AS GUIDANCE AND SUPPORT FROM A CARING COMMUNITY OF FORMER FOSTER YOUTH'S WHO ARE NOW PROFESSIONALS IN THEIR FIELDS.
