LANDIS HCBS PROVIDES VARIOUS HOME-AND-COMMUNITY-BASED SERVICES TO THOSE LIVING ON THE LHRC CAMPUS AND THOSE IN THE BROADER COMMUNITY. LANDIS HCBS SERVED 122 PERSONS ON AN ANNUAL BASIS IN 2024 THROUGH AN ADULT DAY SERVICE CENTER LOCATED ON THE LHRC CAMPUS. LANDIS AT HOME IS A HOME AND COMMUNITY BASED SERVICES PROGRAM, SERVING CLIENTS BOTH ON AND OFF THE LANDIS HOMES CAMPUS. HOURS DELIVERED FOR 2024 TOTALED 17,016 AND 23,853 RESPECTIVELY. LANDIS HOMES HOSTS PATHWAYS INSTITUTE, WHICH IS A LEARNING OPPORTUNITY FOR OLDER ADULTS OFFERING CLASSES ON A WIDE RANGE OF TOPICS. PATHWAYS INSTITUTE IS OPEN TO OLDER ADULTS, BOTH RESIDENTS AND NON-RESIDENTS. LANDIS HCBS ALSO PROVIDES A CONTINUING-CARE-AT-HOME PROGRAM TO INTERESTED PERSONS WHO WISH TO ENROLL. VOLUNTEERS PROVIDE VARIOUS SERVICES FOR THE ORGANIZATION. THESE SERVICES ARE NOT RECOGNIZED AS CONTRIBUTIONS IN THE FINANCIAL STATEMENTS AS THE RECOGNITION CRITERIA UNDER THE AUTHORITATIVE ACCOUNTING GUIDANCE WERE NOT MET.
