TRIAD HAS PROVIDED TRAINING SERVICES, CAMPS AND EDUCATIONAL CLINICS FOR OVER 1,000 YOUNG ATHLETES IN THE GREATER KANSAS CITY AREA DURING 2023. THE PROGRAM GOAL WAS TO MAKE A POSITIVE IMPACT ON THE CONFIDENCE OF YOUNG CHILDREN BY LAYING A SOLID FOUNDATION IN ATHLETIC MOVEMENT AND TECHNICAL SKILLS. USING SPORT AS A VEHICLE, THE YOUNG ATHLETES INTERACT WITH OTHER INDIVIDUALS IN AGE, SPORT AND LEVEL SPECIFIC CLASSES. THIS FUN AND ENERGETIC LEARNING ENVIRONMENT PROVIDES THE PERFECT BACKDROP FOR BOTH PHYSICAL AND SOCIAL CONFIDENCE TO BE DEVELOPED. WITH A RETENTION RATE WELL OVER 80% WE ARE NOTICING POSITIVE CHANGES IN THESE ATHLETES EVERY DAY. WE ARE CURRENTLY SHARING OUR RESEARCH WITH EQUIPMENT MANUFACTURERS AS THEY TRY TO DEVELOP PROGRAMS THAT ARE BOTH SAFE AND EFFECTIVE FOR THIS POPULATION.
