THE ORGANIZATION IS ENGAGED IN THE BUSINESS OF RAISING THE CAPITAL NEEDED TO MAKE LOW-INTEREST LOANS, ESTABLISHING THE PROCEDURES FOR MAKING LOANS, MAKING LOANS TO APPROVED INDIVIDUALS, AND ADMINISTERING THE LOANS. THE LOANS WILL BE FUNDED WITH THE PROCEEDS DERIVED FROM THE SALE OF SECURITIES THROUGH AN INTRASTATE OFFERING TO ADULT MEMBERS OF THE MENNONITE CHURCH. THERE WERE 37 INDIVIDUALS WHO WERE LOANED MONEY FROM THE ORGANIZATION, AND THERE WERE 251 INDIVIDUALS WHO LOANED MONEY TO THE ORGANIZATION.
