Crossing Cultures International trains indigenous pastors and church leaders through 550 class hours that covers basic seminary training. These training programs are translated and printed into the native languages of those being trained. Over 135 national coordinators oversee these training programs. During 2024, we trained 1441 potential teachers in 20 countries in using the BTCP curriculum. This resulted in 244 new classes with 3,079 new students. As of Dec 2024, we oversee 813 classes in 45 countries with 9,846 national church leaders in training through the BTCP program. 57 classes with 812 students finished the BTCP training in 2024. With our Gods Financial Principles seminar, we trained 3,105 participants in understanding what the Bible teaches about money and stewardship, working with the abilities God has given us, getting out of debt, following a simple budget, learning to give generously, and honesty and integrity with money. With our Advanced Expository Preaching Seminar, we trained 33 participants. Four seminars on Resolving Conflict in a Godly Way were held with 92 participants. Seventy-seven other seminars with 2,195 participants were held on Family and Marriage and Biblical Love and Dating, and the Story of Hope. As of December 2024, we now have over 10,060 graduates through the BTCP 10 course curriculum covering 520 class hours, 12,280 trainees of the Gods Financial Principles Seminar, and 1,378 trainees of the Advanced Expository Preaching Seminar. Since 2019, 146 new churches have been started with over 7,300 people in average weekly attendance. Currently, we are working with 29 language translation projects for the CCI Training materials. 175 different people groups are being reached with CCI training. $20,000 was collected outside the USA as payment for books, seminar registration fees, and local donations.
