THESE ACTIVITIES INCLUDE EDUCATION IN BEST PRACTICES, INTEGRATING THE FLOW OF INFORMATION BETWEEN PROVIDERS AND DEVELOPING SPECIAL PROJECTS TO IMPROVE PERFORMANCE BOTH INDIVIDUALLY AND COLLECTIVELY. OUR ACTIVITIES ARE FUNDED THROUGH ASSESSMENTS OF MEMBER HOSPITALS OR GRANT AWARDS.
